Speaking & Workshops

Bring the Lab into your room.

I work with companies, institutions, and organizations of every kind — not just People teams. Every session is grounded in clinical research, focused on productivity and disconnection, and built for the specific texture of your team's day.

An applied workshop translating research on attention residue, recovery, and ultradian rhythms into specific changes teams can ship in a week.

What every booking includes.

No two organizations have the same attention problem. Every engagement starts with listening — never with a deck.

  • Pre-call to align on your organization's specific focus and productivity pain points
  • Custom hooks and examples from your industry
  • A short follow-up brief participants actually keep
  • Optional device-free segment, built into the session

Booking questions.

What does a digital detox speaker actually cover in a keynote?
My keynotes cover what the attention economy costs an organization in focus, output and recovery, and what changes when devices leave the room. Every talk is grounded in clinical psychology research and adapted to your industry, with concrete practices teams can apply the same week.
How much does it cost to book a digital detox keynote or workshop?
Fees depend on format, audience size and location. A 60–75 minute keynote, a half-day workshop, a half-day Offline Experience and a six-week team program are priced differently. Send an inquiry with your date, audience and format and you'll get a clear quote.
Do you run corporate digital detox workshops on site?
Yes. The Offline Experience is run in person inside your organization for groups of roughly 10 to 200 people. Devices are collected, the session is structured and guided, and the room is debriefed afterwards.
Which audiences do you speak to?
Companies, institutions, conferences, schools and health organizations — not only People teams. Recent and upcoming appearances include the Braintools Podcast, Oblomov Book Store and the Longevity Conference.
Do you speak in English or Hebrew?
Both. Sessions are delivered in English or Hebrew, in person in Israel and internationally, and remotely for distributed teams.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for a keynote and gives time for the pre-call and customization. Longer programs and multi-session work need more lead time. Shorter notice is sometimes possible — ask.
