About
Clinical psychologist, founder, and writer on rest and disconnection.
For years I've written about knowledge workers who can't rest. The script was always the same: brilliant, exhausted, and convinced their inability to focus was a personal flaw.
It isn't. The architecture of the modern workday — its notifications, its meetings, its always-on norms — is in active conflict with what we know about how rest and recovery actually work.
In 2024 I launched the Screen Time Neutral practice. The premise is simple: I refuse to publish digital content about disconnection without paying back, in real hours, the time my audience spends with that content. The math is public. The repayment happens in person, in Tel Aviv.
I work primarily with HR, People, and L&D leaders — designing talks, workshops, and team programs that translate the research into things organizations can actually ship.
